Check out some more of his interviews, especially from years past. He's actually an insanely quick-witted improviser and often makes the host crack up. His spots on the old Pete Holmes show (especially the outtakes from the x-men skits) are _hilarious_ .

Gilfoyle is too much of a misanthrope to want a public position though. That's why he never became CEO of Pied Pieper. I'll bet he'd become the puppet master behind an easily manipulated king of his choosing. Running a shadow empire through Anton. Not sure where Dinesh would fit in just yet, but since he's ripped now, I guess he'd have to be part of some kind of gmo Zombie Warrior experiment like with The Mountain, in order to explain the sudden transition.

It's kinda funny how nobody laughed at his fake tech babble, I thought it was pretty good as far as "oh haha I don't understand this thing" gags go. "Downloading pentiums" is way funnier to me than "Hey where's the sports ball game, am I right fellas?"
Well to a general audience fake tech babble and real tech babble are sometimes indiscernible.
I thought the gigabyte one might be the one that the everyman could get, which was even funnier to me when nobody laughed. I figured most people at least know that it's a unit of measure and shouldn't grow lol
Most of the public can't tell CPU vs ram vs HDD.
Sam Harkins no one got it because most people understood the gigabyte “joke” as increasing one’s storage space (increasing the space in the hard drive). It’s become common to use that phrase in daily life. That’s probably how they understood that.
