After 4 years if living in Vietnam the most difficult part for me is to listen. Vietnamese people "noi nhan qua" and I find myself struggling to understand even basic conversation. And is it possible to have the English subtitles on the RUclips video settings instead of IN the video itself? I like having the Vietnamese subtitles, but I hate having the "answer" spoiled so close with the English subtitles. If the English subtitles were done through RUclips instead, we could turn them off and not have it spoiled ;)
Hi Corrie we did think about that option, however we have a person in charged of editing videos, and she doesn't have access to our RUclips account so she can't add the sub here. Also we post our videos on a few different places not just RUclips, and other websites don't have the subtitles function so we have to add it in the video. Sorry for this inconvenience :( Maybe you can try covering the sub with some tape? (That might be a silly idea haha)
I'm back; sorry. These words are driving me nuts. I was so angry I had to stop my lesson today. You pronounce the word lạnh as "lac". I have learned that the Dấu Nặng should be short and heavy, but I cannot understand why the nh becomes a c. Thanks again.
nóng and nắng are both N_NG, yet you pronounce the final consonant pair in nóng like the English "M" and the final consonant pair in nắng like the English "NG." It's confusing.

You're right. "mưa quá" is translated to "too rainy". "mưa to quá" is translated to "rain too big", it means heavy rain
