I didn't expect to love Macau as much as I did! The food and baby pandas played a big part in that ;)
Thats the Butterfly Pea that makes the color change :) We have a Gin made in Australia here that has Butterfly Pea in it and when you mix it with tonic it goes a pale pink color from the deep purple.. Its called "Ink" Gin.
Wait - hold on. There's a GIN that turns colour too? INK GIN? I MUST HAVE IT!!!
