I absolutely love Artie and Bocchetti together. I literally play show clips in the car everyday. Artie's podcast was amazing too. It's unfortunate Artie had/has? issues. He's been mia since 2020, I think. Rumor is he lives with his mother in Florida in order remove himself from temptation in Jersey/NY. If that's what it takes and he retires from standup/podcasts, I 100% support him.
It would not have lasted longer. Bocchetti is a great "whackpacker" and an amazing 3rd mic but not someone you can sit next to Artie for a watchable/listenable show. It wouldn't of worked here and it didn't work when Bocchetti actaully WAS his co-host during the "Artie Lange's Halfway House" podcasts (which were great!). John Ritchie filled the spot perfectly. He was comedically dry and a good contrast sitting next to Artie. Plus, Artie was still deep in his addiction and the show was kind of a misfit. IMO, if the show was strictly comedy and had only comics and bands on (and if Artie stayed sober), that show might of had a longer run. And now da weddah......

Bochetti and Artie are the greatest comedy duo ever.
