I get so mad when I see obese people doing situps. Not because im mad at them but because they believe a lie theyve been told. Situps are so bad for your back too its just all around a completely useless and bad exercise
if fat people combine bike with running is best imo. first ride a bike then go right after that to jog. if you combine these with 2 week you lose much calrories. if they cut all crap food too during this then they see results. as fatty the just running long distance is bad for knees. lets say 8-10km on bike then after that few km running. even if someone is fatass their joints can handle one to 3 km. and body adjusts and sweats allot. thats my opinion.

@@arianam6430 I love it. There's some pictures for some of the dishes but not all. Been doing french toast for breakfast everyday. Oddly have not gotten tired of that yet. I've been rotating through different dinner and lunch options. I've had wraps, pizzas, lasagna, ground chicken with pasta, and this week it's all been tilapia with shrimp and veggies. Oh and the protein ice cream is incredible. It helps satiate when you get hungry when you really shouldn't be. What works for one person is not always going to work for another.
I have watched so many fitness youtubers by now and after watching your videos and actually doing what you advise, I have to say, without overdramatizing: You changed my life already. It has been only a month since I started my diet. I'm not even hitting gym (due to the pandemic) but doing home workouts. And I have never felt so comfortable inside my body.
