The game has them as two separate people and Satan plays pranks on Lucifer. According to "The Sacred Magic of Abramelin the Mage" and other reading material I've read there's supposedly 4 crown princes of hell; Lucifer, Satan, Leviathan, and Belial. Below them are 8 dukes of hell which are Astaroth, Asmodi, Oriens, Ariton, Magoth, Beelzebub, Paymon, and Amaymon. It also makes more sense for there to be only 4 crown princes as they're depicted as ruling the 4 corners of the earth (North, South, East, West). Just my 2 cents.

There is a clear difference between fallen angels & demons. Lucifer is the first fallen angel, he is not a demon. Demons are evil spirits, not angels fallen or other wise. Lucifer and Satan are two different entities, both have different personalities and duties.
To answer the final question, probably the demon of pride, but it depends on how stringent people think christians and jews should behave regarding those two matters.

There is a clear difference between fallen angels & demons. Lucifer is the first fallen angel, he is not a demon.
Demons are evil spirits, not angels fallen or other wise. Lucifer and Satan are two different entities, both have different personalities and duties.
