This is my first street bike and I’m loving it. I rode dirt growing up and was hesitant about getting too much bike. The thing I like about the GSX-S750 is that it’s super tame below 5K RPM and opens up nicely above that. Most reviews I see never get to redline. That’s where the motor shines. I’m extremely happy with it.
SUZUKI GSX-S750 IS A BEAST. It can go upto 108kmph on the first gear. And it reaches 200kmph in the 4th gear. Brakes are a top notch. Acceleration is just brilliant. Comfortable bike with a great sound. Better than MT09 in my opinion.
The sound! I initially set out to buy an MT-09 but this makes me think twice. To me this is prettier. I agree the silencer looks a bit odd. But that is easily fixed. This also seems a bit smoother when you are not trying to curl up the tarmac. I mean it seems easier to live with as an allrounder.
Probably you know that by now (after 4 years :D) but on T3 it comes out so easily the traction control. I have the same bike and it's always blinking like crazy. I always ride in 2 or 1.
GSX-s750 v MT09-850 so 09 will have more power. ive test rode both and love the mt09 quick shift and wish gixes had it too because that’s my choice, gsx-s750 👍

N-rijder Zelfde stijl als de Dash van de nieuwe SV dacht ik, toerenteller mag van mij wat opvallender maarjah. Ik vind hem zelf ook niet amazing eruit zien maar erop rijden is wel heel fijn qua esthetica

Well, I've only ever ridden cruisers. I ride a Boulevard S40 right now, and it's a bit small, and I want something louder and a bit faster. This would be a complete change for me, and I like the upright seating position it has due to only knowing cruisers.
It's quite the "upgrade" from an S40, careful with the right wrist. This bike may not be a bad option compared to the other ones in the class tho. As I said in the video it's a pretty chill ride at low rpms, unlike the mt09
At high revs they pull about the same. This one is way easier to ride but if I get used to the Yamaha I'd prefer that brutal power delivery. Also love the looks of the "older" Mt09. The gsxs is definitely a good looking bike, but the MT just has something
I have an MT09. Actually it's called the fZ09 because it's a 2014 model. I am getting rid of it in April and regret buying it in the first place. Brakes are garbage, suspension is garbage, and once you hit 180kmh on the bike it's so damn unstable it scares the shit out of you. It does one thing well and that's WHEELIES.. if you want to do those all day then buy it. If you really want a sporty bike look elsewhere
@@bdziver12 Brakes on this one were much better than the mt09sp, but the ohlins suspension on that one made the bike good for wheelies and stability. Steel braided lines made a ton of difference on my own bike too. Really if the engine's good, steel lines and progressive springs should do the trick and be a relatively cheap fix too

Zekers, hele goede beginnersbike; uiteraard rustig aan doen aan het begin, maar het is een vrij tam blok. Lagere compressie + Honda dus ook betrouwbaar af

Maar moet ook realistisch blijven. Een mt-09 is veelste vel. Vandaar dat mijn ogen nu hierop vallen. Er zijn niet veel naked bikes die net wat meer geven dan die 650 cc. Dan kom je al snel bij v twins met veelste veel vermogen voor een beginner.

@@Rutger27 Tentamentijd dus zit binnen, speedy gonzales reageerder. Jaah, zou kunnen, op lage toeren is die niet heel erg agressief maar het is toch aardig wat vermogen onder je reet. Ik zie veel gasten die niet rustig opbouwen en dan als een bitch rijden op een dikke bike. Hoeft niet per se het geval te zijn bij jou uiteraard, vooral niet als je genoeg kms maakt. Je zou ook naar een Mt07 of een SV650 kunnen kijken; op papier +/- zelfde vermogen als de cb650, maar door de koppel in praktijk degelijk rapper, maar niet belachelijk veel torque, je kan ze vaak opentrekken zonder death als gevolg. Mt07 is een intens funne bike, in veel opzichten leuker dan de 09 en een SV heeft een ontzettend goede wegligging en minder hyperactief blok met wat hogere top (2e generatie iig). Beide zijn bikes met karakter cuz V twin/ crossplane. Voor 4 cilinders zou je kunnen kijken naar een fz6 (wel de s2 versie tho) of een mooie hornet 600 (modeljaren met lelijke kont vermijden cuz ugly af)

Zo heb je ook die duke's. 690 ligt in het beginner straatje. Maar vind ik er niet uitzien. Dan kom je bij de 790. Mega dik, maar is weer te gek. Kga sws proefrit maken op die gsx man. Being almost 1.90 myself i can say that it is a comfortable ride. Bought it after a four years brake (been riding sportsbikes all the way for ten years (900 ninja and tested almost just 1000 ccm sportsbikes during that time). You sit on it, you ride it. It does all the job no matter if you are commuting or spending a day on the open road. It’s simply a fun bike to have. One test ride was enough to decide.

@@RidinDutch37 ik moet ook zeggen dat mn eigen motors altijd 1 of 2 cylinders zijn geweest yamaha yzf r125 en aprilia shiver 750 en ik heb een dagje op de hornet 900 gereden van mn buurman een prima ding maar niet echt wat ik gewend ben en ik heb wel vaker op een honda vfr 750 gereden van mn vader pracht blok z'n v4 en echt onverwoestbaar hij heeft al bijna 120000 km gelopen
It's a nicer bike than an MT-09 in the cosmetics department for one, but likely also less "mean".... I liked that "mean" over it's than competitor and my favorite to buy Z800 back then. So my question, not ridden the GSX-S750 myself, is it nicer/better than the Z800?

I just imagine it's much like the Z800... Almost bought a Z800 though, but I found the Z800 kind of.... well, a kind of bland, lacking that Kawasaki kick in the ass grunt.. Certainly in comparison after also having ridden the 09, the rest is history.
I can see that being true. This one also is kinda bland, definitely more manageable for beginners if they so wish to begin on a 110+ hp bike for some fkn reason
I tried the MT-09, the GSXS-750 and choose to get the Z900. It feels much more 1 with the road, smoother in corners, and less electronics. Also I had to choose the Z900 since I'm 1.92m I was basically sitting on the back on the Suzuki :D
I would have chosen the Z900 if it would have been available back in 2014. Opted for the MT-09 in place of the Z800. But the 09 fits me just perfect only being 1,85m and it still gives me a grin on my face every time I ride her. To be honest I envy the riders who have bought a Z900, she is real good ride and ff-ing beautiful! :)
110+ pk? Is letterlijk meer dan het dubbele van wat met A2 toegestaan is xD. Dit is zeker geen beginnersmotor. Ik vind de oude mt09 ook wel mooier dan deze

It's always a great addition, especially to a powerful naked. Usually not the biggest fan of aftermarket quick shifters tho
