    Wow.... this is top notch food content. This channel is going to be HUGE before long. You're right up there with "Not Another Cooking Show" as far as pure class. These dishes are as pretty as a picture.

    Great content have enjoyed all of videos,where did you get your prints of knives on your kitchen wall? Also think be cool if you went through some of your kitchen utensils one time, what brands of pans, knives, tongs, ect. i mean id watch it.

    thank you for a great and helpful video! I tried 400ml of flour with nine yolks and one egg and it is quite dry so I am thinking of adding another yolk...I am in the US, maybe US eggs are smaller than UK eggs, ha

      Eat the seasons website if you’re in UK, includes meat and fish if you’re interested. Another way is go to a market if you have one nearby and ask what’s decent. Lidl is great value but in my experience requires a lot of work to bring out.
