Only played Viticulture World once so far. Lost but loved it and am looking forward to playing it again. Probably going to buy Dice Miner immediately even though I don't have room for it. Thanks Matthew 🙄. Gotta cull soon. Not looking forward to that.
Dice Miner is a hit with my group as well!
One of the most common compliments I heard for Red Cathedral was how much game they packed into a smaller box. One of the most common complaints I hear now is that there's no room for the expansion in the base box. Pick a side! 😅
The board is too big so you have to get the wine crate that fits everything. Funny thing is we have more space left over in the wine crate. Eh at least it closes, unlike our Scythe big box!

Red Cathedral is very good! I prefer co-ops, but I would happily play RC any day!
Though I own VW, I have yet to play those two: great to hear you enjoy them. 👍
Agree with everything you’ve said here, Matthew.. except for Contractors because I’ve not got it (yet)
VW is way too difficult, even on introductory, and the box thing is annoying. Even with the Wine Crate they’ve released, but that’s a big box

You say you are short of space, and yet you have some bare wall behind you. With no shelving unit. What gives? 😅😅😅

To be fair, Matthew... If space is such an issue, you could consider stashing smaller boxes inside of larger ones. You could probably fit Red Cathedral Comtractors in your Wind Rider edition of RA...
He should shelve the space behind him!
It really irks me that 21 dice, instead of 20, were loaded onto the mountain in the shots of Dice Miner. It would mean that going first leaves you without any choice of dice to take on the first turn. I really like Dice Miner, but it has not been a hit with 2 groups that I've played it with.
If the expansion doesn't fit in the base box then they should sell a larger expansion box that fits the base game as well!!
