13:18 Honestly, I'm rocking with it. He's been switching up his style with each album and I think it's been successful so far. WLR has a lot less of the sugary beats that Die Lit had and that kinda makes it easier to listen to. That being said, they definitely could have trimmed some of the fat off this album. It could easily be around 12-14 tracks and still have the same impact that he was going for. Anyways, the deluxe is still on its way so we'll see what happens then.
I’ve been waiting for this reaction ever since the album came out I was just needing your opinion so bad. I feel like Carti and this new punk vibe is fire the second half of the album starts going back into sort of a bubbly vibe and there are a couple Pierre tracks I do believe. Overall I think the album is better than die lit. I think that you will enjoy the rest of the album and I respect that you are trying to give an unbiased opinion.

where the flaw lies is in the next part
Dev claims at 27:33 that 30 + 30 + 30 = 1:20
in this breakdown of splitting time and then adding back up to minutes , we have lost ten seconds.
in theory this math is flawed. But i have figured out where these 10 missed seconds have went.
it was in the time reading this. you see carti knew Dev would make this mathematical flaw, and accounted for the time that one user would point this out.
