Great video... Trying to decide between regular balcony or a cove.
Thank you. I liked the cove balcony because it was right near that beautiful blue ocean water. I made sure that there wasn't anything above me that would cause noise. The atrium is the next floor up from the 5th floor.

I loved this room. One of my favorite ships from Carnival.
Haha! Wow and oh my god, my wife and I booked this exact same stateroom for Nov 2024! I chose this one since there are no lifeboats over head. I'm ok with a smaller balcony as long as I have one. We do love the ocean so I would image this is a good room for us. My only concern with this room, Grand Central is above, specifically Cherry on Top and Java Cafe. My question to you, did you hear any noise from Grand Central? Also did you feel like you were far from everything since you were on such a low deck?
Thank you for watching. I looked at the ship map before booking the room. The room is below Cherry on Top. I didn't hear any noise above me. Also I liked that is was close to the 6th to 8th floors which had so many things going on with regards to entertainment and restaurants. Quick elevator ride to the lido deck if I want to go up there. I would book this room again.

I think the Cove Balcony room is a great option for a solo traveler. It's small but well-appointed, and the enclosed balcony will be perfect for relaxing and enjoying the cruise. Thanks again for the helpful video!
I do love this type of balcony room especially being so close to the beautiful water.
Same size as the Celebration and Mardi Gras standard balcony room on tje higher decks, yes the balcony’s are tight and the room is smaller than the older Carnival ships.

This was a nice size cabin. You should try going on one.
It looks very nice and roomy. nothing like I have heard about the tiny dark rooms.
There are rooms in varying sizes it will seem smaller based on the number of people in the room and how much luggage one brings.
Your channel seriously feeds my wanderlust / travel bug! Haha. I forgot how small the rooms can be... but the beauty of cruises is just how much space there is outside your room to just relax, too. Love the balcony view and this room tour, thanks for sharing!

You're welcome. I know that has been an issue with alot of people. I was a solo traveler so I was able to make it work for me.
Really nice! What doe’s something like this cost per night? Weekend? My only concern with all that storage is if I get too comfortable and start putting my personal stuff in there, then when I go to leave (knowing me) I’ll leave something behind because I’ll forget where I put it or it won’t even come to mind while I’m packing up to leave. I normally live out of my bag and keep my bath stuff in a large zip in the bathroom!
Often wondered what a cove balcony is like when underway, especially when it gets rough. I know they can close the balcony off but…..
I didn't have a rough sailing. So I was able to enjoy it.
