#14 should be worded "be anti White". Thats what diversity and inclusion really is. Racism toward WHITES
A lesson from my grandfather, the owner, and founder of his own company worth millions. Always act with compassion and take good care of your employees; if building a foundation is essential, the same applies to a company. Consistently my grandfather would say thank you more often and buy treats for his employees for doing such a great job. Every year at Christmas, he would invest into buying all his employees a bottle of crown royal and a ham just as a thank you for everything done during the year.
I always admired this about him and his approach. He really left an impact on a lot of people, including myself.

The first and most fundamental skill a CEO should have is to know how to become a CEO.
I feel #2 is the most important. If you don't have a vision then you probably don't have a purpose or a goal. Without this, success is going to be very hard and most likely will not happen.
Love the vision and follow through, this is key! Reason why we focus so much on VISION!

Love Alux too much. This was the topic I was searching for ages and all of the blogs out there listed something stupid.
Hardwork, discipline and attitude .
Being Empathetic and a good Listener are also crucial skills for an CEO.(In my opinion)
Respect is relative. A CEO must be able to motivate his/her team members, both in positive & negative ways.
Openness to negativities is important, when that's effective.
A CEO bought a Ferrari
car and his employee came to congratulate him on his new whip. After that, the CEO then told the employee, “If you work harder, maybe by next year, I will buy another one lol
Anyways, I don’t know who, but someone needs to hear this, you’ve got to stop saving all your money. Venture into investing some if you really want financial freedom
Invest globally into cryptocurrencies , gold, silver, Stocks market, commodities. Just don’t be left out and save yourselves

It’s good to save money but most people don’t understand the market moves and tend to be misled in facts like this and always depends on money in the bank

Here are two books as a long time CEO helped me written by retired US Navy SEALs: Extreme Ownership and Can't Hurt Me. My mentor Mark Divine is another retired SEAL Commander who wrote The Way of the SEAL.
CEO should have intuitive skills and should follow up regularly on every task delegated. Get out of the way of your employees but not out of sight.
I think a CEO should definitely be a good listener and be respectful to co workers

I am also married i also have children , the situation in pakistan is very bad, a friend of mine advised me to talk to you guys, too you will help me, you guys can help me if you want, The money of this world will remain in the world, If you help someone, God will be pleased with you, I'm very worried, please think of something for me, I Want to say a lot but i have no words.😔.
