Nobody would’ve predicted early 20’s PBD to become a CEO because he was out partying and living life, but he did it, mad respect because for having that drive.
I work consulting small business owners and I think almost ALL of them could be better at taking critical feedback to improve. I am literally hired to help improve their business and yet there are too many times where ego gets in the way and they don’t listen to feedback. If you are running a business *the wise seek council*

I've been watching every video of yours I possibly can, hours and hours a day. I've been watching every video I can about 'reading people' because this is something I'm horrible at. I've made progress, but I don't think theres enough content out there about it that gives more tangible, applicable perspective vs just theory. I think you could probably blow out any of the other videos out there with something more specific to that.

Hi Patrick - great material as always. Maybe to add, another video that will compliment the message is the one you created 2 years ago - 11 skills millionaires must master. There are some points that correlate. Anyways - thanks for the information that you provide, it has helped me a lot. Wishing you all the best regards Jason from South Africa
I have to agree with the guy that commented before me. Lol :) My old boss would always say that the boss sets the tone for the day for everyone. It’s very true! Another great video today Patrick. Thank you.
Who got you that wallpaper? Great design on it. Shoutouts to your videos, as they have given me renewed confidence on the work I'm doing and want to do!!
I was just promoted 2 days ago as a CEO of my company... Now I'm kinda confused because this came to me as a shock... I'm not sure of what to do cuz I feel like I'm not ready for this... Any advice 😢
If there is anyone like that, I want to work for him... reality is, you get to CEO by managing your relationship with the other guys at the top. Ability to claim the credit when things go well and avoid the guilt when they go south. Keep content people at low levels, where they are not threatening, etc... politics, unfortunately!
Valuetainment can you please go into further depth in each of these points in future videos and how to develop and improve these talents and abilities? It's not that I don't understand, I'm just keen to milk this for information.
I'm 21 years old and I'm so good at reading people and reading a room like scary good I looked at why and how it works and why I can do its develope through being through alot of crisis so if you born in a enviroment that was abusive not a normal or regular childhood you develop the sense of reading people as a defence mechanism so you can act before a situation happens and you become so sensitive to other people attitudes and behaviour its one of my strongest skills people say to me you just know what to say and yes because I understand the other person and how to take there focus away from a topic I dont want to go to deep into
Hey pat i understand you're first point, so allow me to rephrase, as a ceo you must always manage with you current situation and maximize its outcome to the fullest instead of seeking a perfect scenario , in order to not hinder the flow of the organization, and stay within its constraints
Can we get a bit more light on PBD's right side? These last two vids have felt dark. I know this isn't the usual or previous usual spot, so maybe it's just temporary. Great vid though, love it!

How much longer do you think the business can sustain itself before it gets chocked out with competition? DM me if you want to get more technical. I work with business owners to manage finances
Don't be quick to take unsolicited offers. Keep your personal debt loads low to zero. Pay cash, check, ACH, or debit for as much as you can. Limit credit cards (when the time comes) to one fixed bill per month per card. Nothing more than a 15-year fixed on a house, and pay it off faster than that. Avoid loans with prepayment penalties. Read and understand terms before you sign.
I still remember the days is going back about 10 years I was out with the owner of my company and some of his relatives which were in the same line of business and we're Italian. If you're Italian you'll understand when I say next most people I think we understand but Italian definitely. I then found out what their conversation was about I never say no to work doesn't matter what day it is I can celebrate Christmas the 26th or not at all I cannot get back that day of work anybody who says no to work except for our see some circumstances but your average man or woman should never say no to work reliability number one that also means being on time a big part of reliability for everybody to know yes it is a problem that you are late never think it's not
