It should be 1 or the other. If peter really has both and they're different, then that would be greedy double dipping and super unfair to members of each.
When she gave her previous lawyers a hard time and when she briefly represented herself she acted like she was the smartest person in the room. Now shes blinkity blink blink oh im soooo confused… now u were impaired drunk poor youuuuu !!!!

I don't see how they can trust anything she remembers.. She admitted feeling hung over. So if she was drunk like we all know she was, how does she remember anything the detective said or did?? This woman is a joke. She also could have made Guinness World records for the amount of times she blinked during her questioning. She's trying to play this damsel in distress and it's hilarious. 😂😂
I would have argued that the 9th qs was the most important qs as it is the ultimate waiver qs and that clearly the based on the card being changed and that qs being added to it it must've been added for good reason
I think this is the point he's getting to but the sheriff's department and even the judge it seems is very blase about it
@@supergirl2204 the judge is sworn to uphold the law not a policy. Unless the law says that question is necessary (it doesn't), the judge isn't biased. Not every police department asks that question...
I wonder whether the Defence Lawyer's professional fees have perhaps lapsed because maybe he retired? Maybe he saw Boone's Ad and thought, 'Why not give it ago?' Bless him for at least putting himself up after eight others walked away. God, if you're listening: please cut the guy an even break' :) I thought the judge was a bit harsh at this hearing to the old fella considering he saved the trial having a pro se defence with all that would entail

How can Sarah claim she phoned the detective at 9.30pm she just said she was kept at the scene for at least 10 hrs, so she didn’t call them until nearly 1pm so how could she already be at Brians at 9.30 ?? Which is it ?? 🤷♀️ both cant be right…. Me thinks Sarah is telling more porkies 😂

She was early in her pregnancy back in 2020. You can have rough days with morning sickness and exhaustion. Looking “pretty” was way down on her to-do list. lol 😂 🤢🤢
