Good Morning Reptile Army... Hope your days are going great. We have to become a community and help Tom find the people that did this horrible act. I can't imagine how that must feel. And I can not imagine the people that would do something so horrible. They need to be held accountable for this terrible act. I have pledges $1000 to the already $2500 reward. So we can hopefully find these people. If you have any information please let us know! We have to be together in times like this. I feel heartbroken for the animals and Tom. Brian tell Tom look into his employees/visitor records someone close to him had to have been the culprit they wouldn't know where everything was to break everything and steal animals if they didn't know the lay out of his facility and always ask neighbors or anything if they caught it on camera by chance!
So . . . I might sound nuts but with the two incidents Tom mentions, there's also Chandler who has drones monitoring his new facility, and a while back Tyler Nolan's ryno ig cage was somehow opened. It's starting to sound like there's a coordinated effort in FL to steal/harm rare animals, and they may be using YT or Insta to find targets.
Yeah, mind of sounds like it to me too. I think that Kenan might Kenan might want to make his electric fence a bit higher in order to deter these criminals if he lives anywhere near the other people who've been victimized. Give them buggers a nasty shock if they try to break into his place.
Or it’s the florida gov/the people who press them to restrict reptile rights trying to use them as examples as to why it shouldn’t be allowed. Either way it’s definitely suspect. It’s also happened to fish YT’s in FL aw well though so it could just be evil kids doin it for the attention

You dont sound crazy at all i was thinking the same thing once tom mentioned the drones.... Hooefully everyone out there keeping these beautiful animals are on high alert and put up more security up in their facilities....

It's a testiment to how well Tom treats his Animals that even with wide-open doors a majority of them would rather just stay in their homes he provided for them.

My heart is broken for Tom and his family. "Legend" doesn't begin to describe this man and his contribution to the reptile hobby. I would happily contribute to a Go Fund Me campaign to help Tom with any security measures he might need. If one of the perpetrators got bit, I hope it's a good one!
I agree with you, its devastating to hear this. And yhe aninals didnt deserve it and Tom sure as hell didnt deserve it either. Your idea of a go fund me for raising some cash so he can repair the cages and to secure the property is awesome and i would participate with all the love in my heart, because reptiles are so special and delicate, and they need to be protected against those ppl that dont deserve to live in my opinion.

There needs to be an investigation and records on this. It’s illegal to release these animals into the wild and to steal property. This should have some serious jail time associated with it if they ever find who did this. Prayers out to Tom.

There are a couple expos in PA and MD in the next couple weeks, if I see any dealers there that might have animals from south Florida dealers, I'll question it and notify the authorities
As someone in Canada it makes me sick hearing of this shit. Not that we don't have evil here because I can assure you we do sadly. Tom is a legend. Met him once years ago when I was on a trip down to Florida. He's been monumental for the reptile industry. He's an undeniable part of history. These criminals and thieves need to be apprehended. It's going to be incredibly difficult but I'll still hope for the best. Much love and i hope you have a wonderful day.

I cant even start to think about how he feels... I have one pet, a standard ball python, I have had her for about 5 years, since she was a baby. If anything was to happen to her, it would be completely heartbreaking. So I really feel for someone who losing several animals when I know how I would feel about losing my one pet.
Yeah I have only had my little hognose for 4 weeks today and I would be so sad if anything happened to him.

I think it’s kind of weird that Tyler Nolan also had his iguanas broken into and somebody let them go and I think it’s somebody doing because they got grandfathered in to keep their lizards /Monitor and not have to turn them over to the state to utilized when that law went to affect in July. So I feel like they’re trying to do it to where nobody can keep them even with the ones with permit

There is no evidence to indicate this was done by kids or what the ages of the perps are and there is no evidence that the perps come from homes with either no parents or very young parents.

I’m wondering if there were alternative motives at play because recently there was just a ban passed on a handful of reptiles as you’re all probably aware so maybe somebody’s trying to fear monger. Although the animals are valuable so who knows but I’d set up CCTV that day. The drone is very sus though

Tom is a legend. I feel for him and the others that have been targeted. I personally feel it isn't someone trying to get the reptiles. I feel it's activists that are against the reptile community. I think with his iguanas they probably pulled them out to "free" them. It all probably went downhill when they got bit. They probably figured at that point leaving the cages open would work. Unbeknownst to them, the reptiles are happy with their life with Tom. Hopefully they get caught and prosecuted to the fullest.

Gah, ppl suck! Besides theft for either selling the animals or starting breeding programs, leaving cages open for them to escape in a state that they can thrive in causes other issues. Could a motive be to push legislation to ban even more animals in the name of environmentalism? I hope these blank holes are found and justice is served, I hope that the animals are recovered and returned unharmed as well. SMH 🤬

Warn the other reptile keepers like Chandler of what happened in case this attack is, as I fear, aimed at reptile people who have youtube channels. Keep an eye out for any people who reported into the hospital for animal bites and also keep an eye out on any shops who could sell exotic animals like them. I'm honestly a bit worried the perpetrators could try to sell the pets for cash or even on the black market. Good luck on your hunt for the bastards and stay safe and prepared.

What a horrible situation. :( The loss of life and lost animals is awful, it’s fortunate it wasn’t substantially worse, but tragic nonetheless.. we have livestock in not the best neighborhood, and I do worry about someone “pranking” us by putting out animals in danger.
The audio from Tom is really rough, I’m not able to understand most of what he’s saying. But it’s terrible that this happened and his animals had to suffer for it. I saw the Facebook post a couple days ago, I’m super happy you brought this up in the vlog.
