Pegasus already operates the 737-800 so they have good experience and confidence with the 737. Not to piss off Airbus fans here but I think it makes sense for them to order the Max
They started with Boeing, ordered Airbus and now Boeing again. Pegasus boss has always been very pragmatic. He just looks at the opportunity. Meaning the price. It has nothing to do with confidence.
The Turks like to cut corners and get cheap deals at the expense of customers. So I'm not surprised that both of their airlines are begging for bargain basement Boeing planes.
All of these Additional Orders are Fine and Good BUT Boeing Has to Complete the Redesign of the Engines Anti-Ice System in order to Receive the Certification for both the Max7 and Max10, otherwise Everything you are Saying Is a Mute Point!!

Turkish Airlines will also place a massive Boeing order.
Still waiting for that to happen..Stated months ago it would be a split order between both Boeing and Airbus.

Why doesn’t Embraer make like an E290 family and capitalize on the Boeing misfortune
because it takes a very long time to do something like that.

Boeing has CIA money, and Embraer is Brazilian and thus intimately familiar with their methods
Productionlines at Airbus are full the coming years. So did they really have a choice?

Haha. Good luck . They’ll get them in 2030 when the plane is obsolete
