    Pegasus already operates the 737-800 so they have good experience and confidence with the 737. Not to piss off Airbus fans here but I think it makes sense for them to order the Max

      They started with Boeing, ordered Airbus and now Boeing again.
      Pegasus boss has always been very pragmatic. He just looks at the opportunity. Meaning the price. It has nothing to do with confidence.

      The Turks like to cut corners and get cheap deals at the expense of customers. So I'm not surprised that both of their airlines are begging for bargain basement Boeing planes.

    All of these Additional Orders are Fine and Good BUT Boeing Has to Complete the Redesign of the Engines Anti-Ice System in order to Receive the Certification for both the Max7 and Max10, otherwise Everything you are Saying Is a Mute Point!!

    It literally doesn't mater until a max10 is delivered. Qatar ordered MAX as well but those are grtting turned back into 321s.

      @@nickolliver3021 nothing was bought. Boeing earned no money from this deal. this "Major boeing order" is financially meaningless and is only symbolic. the max10 isn't even certified yet.
      Qatar MAX order is turning back to 321s... look it up.

      Plane orders won't go away anytime soon, indeed.
      But, how many billions it needs is the biggest obstacle, creating massive risks. Technically they are in the green.

    Many travellers refuse to travel on any B737 the trust in Boeing is gone. Must be a great special prize to make Boeing selling to save the company, Boeing.

      ​@@TheRussianFloofCat it was in Kasaksthan, the EMBRAER E190 owned by AZERBAIJAN AIRLINES and registred 4K-AZ65, it was operating flight 8243 from Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan to a city in Russia but diverted due poor wather at its destination. Aperantly the crew decleard an emergency during the aproach to land and the plunged into the ground. The number of ocupants is unknown scince some sorces clam that 67 peaple were on board, while other claimed it was 69 or 72, with 27-35 Survivors counted so far and about 38-42 fatalities

    As I said elsewhere, Boeing must be nearly giving them away, just to get orders. Not good for Boeings bottom line, and won't reduce it's debt. (satire)
