Ozzy was a great front man for Sabbath, he had so muck energy. Bill Ward was killing the drum kit in this video, awesome to just watch him. These guys are the Godfathers of Metal

Yeah, an early, live version, it almost sounds like improv from Ozzy but the band is on a mission from God, just killing it, you would think Bill Ward's drums owed him money! Try the official video for Paranoid, one of their biggest hits. Enjoy! 🎵🎸🎤🎹🎶

Wasn't this video made before the album was recorded? Several up and coming bands have live recordings of 'future album material' which sounds quite odd before they have a chance to collaborate with a veteran producer. Find an old version of Van Halen's Atomic Punk for another great example. All the parts are there, they just needed some arrangement.

I didn’t see Black Sabbath perform live till OZZFEST but I saw OZZY on Diary of a Madman tour in 1982…Unfortunately guitarist Randy Rhoads last show! Here are my memories of that night:
OZZY OSBOURNE: THURSDAY MARCH 18TH 1982: RANDY RHOADS LAST SHOW AT THE KNOXVILLE CIVIC COLISEUM: DIARY OF A MADMAN TOUR:
Upon entering the coliseum after buying my tour shirt and ticket 🎫 stub processing: I noticed the stage was set up like a medieval castle with arches and bats 🦇 flying around the top of them. There was a staircase leading up to Tommy Aldridge’s Drumkit. The top left of Tommy was where Donny Airey’s keyboards were set up. Stage right and left had to cages with which Randy Rhoads would appear from the floor stage right and Rudy Sarzo stage left. OZZY had a throne of which he would appear out of to start the show to Over the Mountain. Tommy had his drum tech dressed as an Executioner stand beside his kit with his arms crossed. The staircase had a small section that would open and a small dwarf named: Ronnie (after Ronnie James Dio the new singer for Black Sabbath-replacing OZZY) and hand OZZY towels and water between songs. Little did we all know that later in the show: the executioner would bring the dwarf out to be hung from the rafters and later he would cut off his head using a guillotine! At the end of the show OZZY climbed onto a giant mechanical hand that OZZY stood on top of and launched unspecified meat 🥩 🍖 into the audience! Of course it was all an a theatrical act as the dwarf appeared to take a bow with OZZY and the band. When OZZY smiled we noticed he put vampire 🧛‍♀️ teeth in! We laughed hard! I went to the show with my friend Richard and his older brother Greg who was 18 at the time. We were 13. Greatest show on earth! Richard and I were both terrified and thrilled at what we witnessed! Unfortunately the next morning all that excitement and energy was gone as we learned that Randy Rhoads perished in a plane crash in Florida. Richard and I played drums but Greg played guitar 🎸 and he definitely took it the hardest! One of the greatest guitarist of our generation and had just won the new guitarist of the year by Guitar Player magazine. Rest In Peace Randy Rhoads your music lives on!
    Sincerely,
    Gary Lagstrom

This song was written and recorded and performed during the time of the Vietnam war but it could still apply today with the war in Ukraine. Ozzy Osbourne is sadly in poor health and not doing very well from what is being said in news about him.

A very nice reaction! A great early performance from 1970. The drawback to this early live version is that the lyrics are only about 50% true to what were the final lyrics on the album which were very much more coherent and relevant, and deserve a listen., and of course, the album sound was much better as well. Music by the great lead guitar player, Tony Iommi (eye-OWE-me), who invented metal (by consensus, correctly), and the lyrics were by the great bass player, Geezer (Terry) Butler.

Lets start slow with the song that you sang so beautifully, Ex's and Oh's. Grace did it at 12-years-old, very differently, of course and a lot less professionally. This came out after her audition on AGT went viral and before her second AGT performance. She did it sitting on her back porch with just her ukulele. I would like for you to pay special attention to her neck where it meets her shoulder blades. It bulges somewhat like a bullfrog several times during her performance. I have never noticed this before or since on any other singer. I am certain that Grace can't be alone with this, but I am still waiting to see it on someone else. ruclips.net/video/7SbLtb3vv2s/видео.html
