I have been sailing now for more than 40 years. I built my first boat and sailed it for 20 years in the great lakes and Long Island sound. Now I have a big old fiberglass boat that requires less maintenance than my wooden boat did. But now when I get into a project, and I am trying to figure out how to attack it, I think what would Aldino do? his prep work is really an inspiration to even an old guy like me.

The editing of this episode is a WORK OF ART! The overall pace, the switching between still shots, talking heads, time-lapses, voiceovers, and the choice of music are really awesome work.
The only thing that might have made it better was if Maya had played some slow violin over the flying text at the end 🙂
Congratulations on hitting the milestone, as always it's a joy to watch Aladino work

How the heck did 6 thousand people get to the Friday vid before I did? I need to step up my game! I gotta tell you.....I have OCD tendencies.....and I enjoy my tendencies and satisfying them with my own crazy overly detailed work on projects. But when Friday Friday Friday finally comes around me and my OCD can sit back in our lazy chair and watch Aladino work with amazing attention to detail and vacuum up every little scrap and crumb.....No need for me and my OCD to be anxious when Aladino is working....the clamps are on....we look and look again.....everything it patted down with no wrinkles......the blue tape is doing its blue tape thing........the whole thing is very relaxing and entertaining for me and my OCD. I like viewing the beautiful boat in the outside lighting. I hope the neighbors arent letting any dust blow over to MCII while they are sandblasting.......yikes....get the vacuum!!!!!! Ok well all I can do is wait another 7 days again......Maya you were missed......you guys are special as a team.....both of you is what makes the magic so magical :)

After watching this series I find other videos of refits difficult to watch, even if they may be useful. Maya is also a master craftsman, and the videos are superbly done.
