Hairy Cat's Ear: the common edible weed that you've been missing out on

I harvested a bunch of hairy cats ear thinking it was dandelion (one of my first foraging ventures)- I realized it was a different plant before I ate it, but since it was still edible I went ahead and stir fried it with garlic and butter :) it was delicious!
