Thanks for your reaction. For your info, JJ had not fully recovered from his flu on 31 Dec 23 night. Nonetheless, he still put up a great performance covering both slow & fast tracks. I thoroughly enjoyed his performance although he was not at his best due to the flu.

This is JJ's 2024 Countdown live performance. The song titles are 1. Brave New World, The Dark Knight, Sanctuary and 53 Dawns. You have definitely reacted to most of these, if not all, songs Jack 😊
This version gives a better view of the overall stage performance: ruclips.net/video/vmTQitLjqTw/видео.html Not his tip top best form (he gave himself a just pass only due to flu recovery and jetlag; if you notice, his finger is still in cast so really, playing the guitar tsk..) but you have to give the man credit for the musicality and sincerity in choosing 12 very difficult songs, with so many dance numbers, and most of all the refreshing completely new funk rearrangement for the first few numbers, Brave New World, Dark Knight, Sanctuary, with new rap written by his friend which he is not yet familiar not to mention the cool new dance moves. And then following up immediately with one of his topmost difficult ballads 53 Dawns.. Anyone else would have collapsed so I won't nitpick on him, brave man I say ;p I think his vocals haven't fully opened up until the later numbers when he is on more familiar territory. I really love this half hour performance, very entertaining, haven't seen such an energetic performance from him remiscent of his early dance days, since he switched his focus to developing his vocals.
