I'm not sure I can help much. All of the v-accordions have different bellows settings, with the standard what I usually prefer. If you have any of them set on light or extra light bellows, and maybe even with some intentional air leak, the bellows will move much more, but you might find that it's too easy to have sudden spikes in volume. Finally, having the bellows move more is probably a good thing in terms of making it more realistic for those who expect a lot of bellows movement.
