Absolutely Love Kos, we have visited 6 times and our youngest son was married on Kastri islet in 2019. We will come back but we have an elderly pooch that needs us more the Kos at the moment. We will be back! 💙🇬🇷💙

Are most restaurants and beach club closed due to it being winter and will they reopen by June please?
Most restaurants and bars are closed during the winter but from March onwards they start opening as direct flights from across Europe start coming to Kos... By mid may everything is open and running...
Many of the shops/bars close for the winter. They all start to open in late March to early-mid April. Basically, after Easter, most buisnesses are open (hotels, bars ect). They stay open until October, and by the start of November, they close. Athough there are still some restaurants and cafeterias that remain open for the whole year.
