Dear Only Boys Aloud, Greetings from Norway :-) I may not understand what you guys are singing, but your songs and your voices touch me. This melody keeps playing in my head and it's so beautiful. Thank you and blessings to you all
In 1966 there was a terrible tragedy in Aberfan in Wales.
I will send an angel for your protection tonight, I will send an angel to comfort you. A coal tip (waste from a coal mine) slipped down the hillside and engulfed a school. Most of the children of the village of Aberfan died. I believe this song was written in reponse to that tragedy. I am a great fan of Only Boys Aloud too.
I will send an angel for your protection tonight, I will send an angel to comfort you, the sound of your voice is enough, to dispal all your doughts, I will send an angel to you.

+Tebs Buslon Do it yourself. Start here: www.saysomethingin.com/welsh/course1 :-)
+Freimaco no, I'm welsh, it's mean a Guardian Angel,
I am not Welsh. You say your are Welsh, and it means Guardian Angel. I do not understand why when I type Anfonaf Angel into my translator I get "I will send an angel. Why is that?
Anfonaf means "I will send". Anfon means send. I am Welsh. This is the translation. "I will send an angel for your protection tonight, I will send an angel to comfort you, the sound of your voice is enough, to dispal all your doughts, I will send an angel to you."
Bravo gents! Just a bit too much like OMA though...
Well you know, there may be a reason for that... ;)
