Yuri heads to kitchen after work and encounters a stranger?
And it's her ex-husband...?
/Sirloin Steak/
sirloin
oyster mushrooms
cherry tomatoes
asparagus
butter
red wine(steak specific)
/Sirloin Steak recipe/
Season the meat with salt and pepper.
Grease the pan and grill the meat.
Finish baking at 45°C in the meat.
Bake mushrooms, asparagus, etc.
Cut the steak into appropriate sizes, then plate.

thyme
parsley
/Jacket Potato recipe/
Add salt to boiling water and cook potatoes whole (tip. Cook about 70 percent)
Slice the bacon into small pieces.
Grease a pan with olive oil and butter and fry bacon.
Cool the boiled potatoes and cut them.
Damp with butter between the cuts.
Add baked bacon and cheese, too.
Put 200-210 degrees in the oven for 15 minutes
Finish with thyme and parsley!

I think the editors for Yuri’s channel should learn from Sunghoon’s. Sunghoon’s video has 2m views whereas Yuri’s only has 100k views. Comparing both, Sunghoon’s video thumbnail is much more of a clickbait and his video’s title sounds way more logical. Also, the editing for his video is smooth and easy to watch whereas Yuri’s is pretty messy and all over the place..
just to be fair and objective. i think the editing is based on the channel owner's personality. sung hoon is simply silly, funny and quirky and his team loves to tease him and he allows them to, hence the cheesy drama feels (the team knew exactly how to capitalize on that one 😂) and quirky graphics on his video. on the other hand this channel is really about cooking so they stick to their format and edit according to Yuri's peronality which is cutesy and young. they are indeed a little too "careful" and reserved. although i get exactly what you're saying.
When they said Yuri will be the one giving instructions I knew it would be beautiful disaster. 🤣
