    This bruttha is a serious student of the craft! It's kind of scary the potential of Spence. Been watching Him since day 1 and keeps getting better

    Errol has that thing where he just gets more and more explosive as the fight goes on. Much like in this shadow boxing session. I think he throws more punches than most of his opponents too. I KNOW he throws harder than most of his opponents (consistently) The sound of him cracking on an opponent is frightening. He makes it look like easy work. I love watching this guy and his poised demeanor during interviews until somebody starts talking smack. Like a quiet storm.

      So true. And footwork is the most important aspect pf boxing. It breeds defense.

    • @don8244
      @don8244 Месяц назад

      It was wide and flat footed, as he looks in all his fights which is why he trips a lot and gets wobbled from basic punches (i.e. Ugas, Danny fights). Crawford shut that ordinary sh*t down quick

    I don’t see what was so spectacular about this particular session of shadow boxing. It looked pretty ordinary to me. Reminds me of when my uncle used to get drunk and start his ordinary shadow boxing.😄 sit cho ass down unless you really finna show us something dazzling. Like Roy Jones, zab Judah, Floyd, Kevin kelly, lomenchenko, the list goes on. Those guys did some real shadow boxing.

      This is more of perfect technique being molded in a habit in the ring.. what you want is a Pacquiao, sugar ray Leonard handspeed throwing session.. you don't understand why boxer's shadowbox.. what you see other fighters do is for the camera

    • @c.loreto6990
      @c.loreto6990 4 года назад +1

      VersatyleTV1 they don’t do it for the camera, that is real hand speed shadow boxing. I trained out of Gleasons gym in Brooklyn, I sparred with the likes of zab Judah, Kevin kelly and many others. Zab Judah and Kevin kelly both shadow box in the gym with pure hand speed, no cameras are around. I’ve known zab before he turned pro, he has always been a speedy, flashy shadow boxer. I have 11 years boxing experience in the gym with a handful of fights. I know what I’m talking about at least a little bit.😄.

      c. loreto depends what your focusing on, throwing 78 punch combinations extremely fast is not realistic at all, but, it works on speed etc
      In my opinion, shadow boxing should be calculated like it would be in the ring, (watch Ward, Crawford, Mayweather, Garcia, Loma, and all the greats) all the best fighters have the fundamentals down and they shadow box with precision. Sometimes they slow it down and work on technique. Shoe shining 100 times every 10 seconds is the ultimate, ‘hey look at me at a media workout’
      The easiest way to spot a casual is ‘he’s way too slow, shit, not fast at all, he’s only throwing 3 punch combs, this isn’t real shadow boxing watch Paq and Tyson blah blah, i could do that....’
