The sad thing is that the owners had a small child in that filth. Can’t imagine what that child’s house looks like.
As I take Lyft on a regular basis. I would have reported the condition(s) of the car immediately!! There is no excuse to have a car in such an egregious condition! Great job as always!! Talk about turning a car that should have been taken off the road for so many reason's and brought it back to life.
On a professional level I agree, on a personal level it is none of our business. In general you are right though. That's nasty.

I was about to say the same I am a Uber/Lyft driver. As a passenger i would report this in a heart beat.
Honestly, all it really needed was a trash removal and a good vacuuming to make it a million times better! Then again, I don't know what it smells like, so it might look better but probably not smell better if it stank.
I will never, ever understand how anyone can live like this. Wow!

You're a bold man to be cleaning that mobile dog kennel/meth lab without some PPE besides those gloves. I hope you charged a small fortune. It is truly crazy to look at and think this person runs a business out of this vehicle.
There is no way this is real. The driver would have been reported and rated so poorly that they would have been deactivated.
Other than your detailing equipment & advice (mistakes to avoid etc) this is my favorite video you’ve ever done. Outstanding 👏👏👏

I think it should be a written rule, for a vehicle used by paying passengers, no matter the vehicle, it should be absolutely PRISTINE, NO QUESTION. It's better than a lawsuit. As for food transport, again, the vehicle should be PRISTINE, CLEAN, SMELL FRESH. The driver? Absolutely NO, NONE drug/alcohol/mental health issues. Better vetting needed.

There is no way that was a lyft driver's car. They wouldn't be in the platform long if it was.
I am a uber/lyft driver and my car is cleaned every day before I go out to drive.
Take pride in what you do.
If this car showed up to pick me up I would immediately start taking photos and sending into lyft to have them deactivated.
Perfect way to start the day, another great video. It's so amazing what a good vacuum can do. I'm definitely looking forward to getting my hands on a good steam cleaner soon.

Amazing transformation! That glass cleaner with the foxclean pet hair is definitely a game charger! I'm definitely going to use that in my arsenal. I love how you are always constantly improving and findiing new strategies and techniques with interior cleans and sharing it with your viewers. How much do you mix of the flex ice, bio break and oxyclean that for seat and carpet extraction?
Flex ice is 1 scoop in extractor fresh water.
5 gallon sprayer - 2 scoops bio break, 2 scoops oxyclean (extremely dirty formula)

Go for the 03-05 sedans, that’s the pre face lift so it has the longer tail lights and you can swap an 06-07 front bumper on for the fog lights, but either way 7th gens the best 💯

I had a very similar Accord back in college. I spilled lots of fast food and threw up in it twice, but it never got as bad as the vehicle in this video.

WE have two dogs ( miniature long hair dachshunds), and our car has never looked like this car!

You should consider getting an ozone machine to tackle the smell before starting it!
I gotta know, what do you do with the loose change you find under the seats? Personally, any money I find while cleaning out all personal items (and then trash) goes into a ziplock bag and placed on the top of the bag of personal items to return. I have the idea of starting a loose change jar specifically for whatever I find under seats but some might call that unethical. Your thoughts?
It is absolutely unethical, that is no less than theft, that money isn't yours don't do that.

This is what happens when passengers rate drivers that dont make and effort the same as drivers that keep a clean car and try to make your experience a good one. Good drivers turn bad and bad ones get horrible.
You need an adapter to spray water when using the extraction on the seats. it wont only rinse but it will remove a lot more dirt.

i dont use glass cleaner for carpet/seats with dog hair i use fabric softener mixed with half water and 2 tea spoons of alcohol
I still think the Ram with all the rotten dairy and chew spit caked on everything was the worst ive seen.. this one is bad too but that truck was out of this world!
