I can tell in his attention to detail and how the lines are spaced perfectly. He gets an A+ from me 👍. I wouldn't be surprised if it was Ridge's idea too use the cactus for the background. That white point is a smoker and I think it's been reworked many times, maybe as it traveled to your area from Missouri. It looks like material that DW Virtz finds regularly. I'm almost at a loss for words at how well worked that drill is and then you matched the tip to it, OMG! DEFINITELY WORTH RESTORING 👌 💯

I really liked that white tip. When you have separated all your finds by search area, it is easier to find the other part of a broken piece when you have found it. I would swear that that part is the one of the tadadro, but there would be a small part missing in the middle. Although it seems that the tip is thicker than the base part. Very good finds my great friend. BLESSINGS.

That is so awesome brother, I’ll never get over how plentiful that patch is, I’ve never seen a drill that sweet in person, I’ve only found crude ones, you’re definitely raising your boy right brother, he’s gonna have a heck of a collection one day, yeah Dude I found an insulator the other day I may include in my next video and I may have gotten the fields next to the creek on video but there’s these two fields behind these very old factories where the nicest creek around runs into the river and nothing has been done with them in decades and every time I go there I wonder what I could do to convince the owners to let me plow just a little section, I’m telling you to bud if it’s ever plowed there will be treasures galore, I seriously need to try to convince them somehow lol but anyway I’m sorry for the ramble, I’m on to the next one Bud, awesome finds, thanks for sharing!!

@@historylooker7 yeah brother this particular spot was probably a village spot, I did find a Quartz shard in the creek right where it connects to the river but sand has everything covered up, taking a rake to the little patch of woods between the fields and the creek/river intersection and raking those leaves back would probably be a great idea, shit that’s probably the best idea I had in awhile, my favorite creek where I found the drilled pieces also runs into that river maybe two miles upstream, it was a major village site where they uncovered 45 Indian graves building the Walmart, that’s why I find so many artifacts in that creek, this other creek I’m talking about is the next creek down river with the big fields, you know it had to be a village site as well, I can only imagine what would turn up if that got tilled brother, I can almost certainly guarantee there’s some amazing native artifacts there, it will most likely be developed one day like where the Walmart was built, taking a rake to that section of woods is definitely worth a try, maybe this weekend I’ll give it a shot👊🏹

I like finding those things made of unusual material for the area.In that recent hunt I posted, I had about six broken drill pieces in that hunt.They're fragile for sure.I've never pieced any drills together.I was expecting to see yours glued up.:>) Looks like you could use a good ole rain.

I like finding those things made of unusual material for the area.In that recent hunt I posted, I had about six broken drill pieces in that hunt.They're fragile for sure.I've never pieced any drills together.I was expecting to see yours glued up.:>) Looks like you could use a good ole rain.
