cool video but you forget 1 thing. let the cooked ricewater sit (ferment) for a couple of days in a glass container in a the kitchen cabinet. cook it again put 2 cups of water because the fermented water is very strong. the older the better. it contains way more vitamins and anti oxidants. use it as a facial toner and hair rinse. it doesnt smell so bad , once it cooked the smell is just fine. my parents (They're Vietnamese) have used rice water for their face as a kid and they usually use the water they wash the rice with I'm also using the same way they did the rice water for my face as a mist Here's how they do it 1. Start pouring out the plain rice water until you're almost near to the bottom. *DON'T POUR OUT ALL THE RICE WATER.* Then it's ready for use. You can use it for whatever you want to use it for. I personally use it as a mist. It smells very good if it's jasmine rice. I'm not sure if you NEED to store it in a refrigerator but I do it. Not sure how long it can last, but I recommend throwing it out after 3 days or something.

If you use normal white rice, rinse it off before using it 2 or 3 times. Organic rice you can skip that process and follow the steps.. Also its good to let it sit for 24 to 48 hrs before use
