Devil Mario takes the victory
STRENGTH/POWER
This is easily a W towards Devil Mario. He's easily powerful enough to destroy "all of creation". While only implied in the actual series, it is stated by the creator himself that he could've done so, thus placing him at universal at least. This is far greater than anything Danny has pulled off. Danny peaks at about 550 tons of TNT, which is not even close. Although, Danny has a few ways that definitely make up for it.
SPEED/REACTIONS
Danny easily outpaces Devil Mario. Looking at Devil Mario, he has an attack speed of mach 32, as he hit Luigi with enough force to catch fire. However, Danny effortlessly blows that outta the water. Danny has consistently dodged ectoplasmic beams, which in Danny's universe is comparable to actual light. They burn on contact, bounce off of reflective surfaces, and can even be channeled through a magnifying glass. This places Danny at an mind blowing mach 874,030. That's over 27 thousand times faster than Devil Mario. "But wasn't Mario able to maneuver as a bolt of lightning?" Sure, in canon. However, the Power Star saga is far too different from the games for this Mario to be comparable. For example: Mario sleeps in the castle, the Toads have katanas, and Mario using guns to fend off boos, but in canon, Mario sleeps in his own house, Toads hardly use katanas for combat, and Mario wouldn't use a gun to fight boos. So, with that in mind, Devil Mario can't really be scaled to canon Mario.
ARSENAL/ABILITIES:
Ultimately, Danny has a lot more options to keep Mario at Bay. Danny has cryokinesis, invisibility, intangibility, duplication, and flight, offering far greater arena control. He's also broke free of Freakshow's mind control, so any attempt at possessing him likely wouldn't work either. Plus, there is his Fenton Thermos which could remove the boos possessing his body, and given his speed and intangibility, he is able to buy himself enough time to get that done.
SKILL/EXPERIENCE
Of course, Mario does seem to be a much greater hand to hand combatant, able to take on an army of soldiers in moments. Admittedly, Danny may have fought a ton of battles, but I don't remember him using martial arts or stuff like that. He's certainly very skilled, I'll give him that, but maybe not as skilled as Devil Mario.
Overall, Devil Mario is a powerful adversary, but Danny has the speed, hax, and tools to take this victory.

@@dakiehamilton7261 It's a possibility. If someone could potentially destroy Mario's physical body, the boos inside will be released, and surely someone with soul manipulation and a fast enough speed could certainly take care of the boos inside without worrying about damaging Mario's body.

@@Enzosfnfcovers The video of Power Star was created by the RUclipsr named Daniel son when he deleted his channel back in like a year ago. and now the video power-star's was created by the new youtuber named silly movie editors. now let me explain devil Mario's backstory and it goes like this: *When mario was sleeping he got been possessed by a lot of boo's and controlling his mind and commanding him to collect every single power-star through the mushroom kingdom,violently destroy anyone that gets in his way including his own brother and princess peach, and also a craft ton of toads and yoshi's. the video ends where mario kills everyone that gets so close's to him and one of the the devil toads that walking towards you if you get what I mean, they all crumbled down due to his death. and they all fell down and then mario gets full control to his old self gives himself the opportunity time to stab himself through the heart. gets the opportunity to save everybody. because he was the final host of the ritual. in the end of the video you can see mario, princess peach and luigi laying down on the ground dead at the end of the credits. making this a sad story. and that's how the video ends.*

When I saw this, I thought it would be Regular Mario Vs Danny Phantom. But when I saw the full title my mind was blown. It was still an AMAZING fight.
This was really good! The rigging looks off in some parts but other than that, nicely done

@@dakiehamilton7261 i was thinking sonic.exe but not even him, since it only a dead version of sonic and all he did was bear classic knuckles and tails. While devil mario has "The destruction" which is able to destroy a entire universe

The animation ends where devil-mario kill's the one's that get's so close's to him, and after that, mario come's back to his origanal self to stabbed himself right in the heart to save everybody, and all the devil-toads that walk towards him, they all crumble down due to his death. at least mario saves the world in the prosess even though mario killed everyone while being possess by all the boos, and got full control to his origanal self to comet sucide to save everyone. and you see mario, luigi, and prinsess peach on the floor dead. making this a sad story."

I am pretty sure that this is King Boo and army of boo possessing mario and not whatever demonic entity this is. Though would it change the result of Danny trying to possess a guy filled with hundreds of ghosts and a OP power star. Nope.
