Sorry for the poor audio :( if I can figure out how to fix it I will
One thing's for certain, this maybe her first barefoot hike but she's definitely a seasoned barefooter. Unless otherwise she wouldn't take up this challenge. It's always graceful to watch a seasoned barefooter in action.
Such a pleasurable experience 👣
💚 “Going barefoot in the forest is a very sensuous and a pleasurable experience. For some of us it is almost a mystical experience. I know that I dreamt of it long before I ever durst try it. It is also an experience that brings into question our entire relationship with nature in a way that disturbs and challenges our ideas about ourselves as civilized beings.”

i couldn't stand putting my mobile phone in the back pocket, i love having leg pockets for that
You can tell she likes being barefoot but just needs more practice.
И я большой поклонник Босохождения
The leaves and stones in your video look so inviting. Barefoot hiking is awesome. You feel so connected and it is the best part of being barefoot as far as I'm concerned. It rounds off the experience of being in nature and provides for a full sensory experience. Once you hike barefoot, you never want to go back 🐾
Hello
Love the videos Ken! Keep em coming
ami me encanta ver a las mujeres andar descalza todo los dias y con sus plantas bien sucias y duras qie delicia😋😋😋😋😋😋😋
Keep practicing, it will feel very natural after a little while.
Forest F❤J???😊
Just remember that if you try barefooting for the first time, it will not be easy. If you are not used to going barefoot or have never gone barefoot, your feet may not be able to handle this type of terrain yet. When you start walking around barefoot, your feet may still be very sensitive and not very tough. It will take time for your feet to build up the toughness required for walking on various surfaces. The best way to start is by walking in your grass and maybe the pavement until your feet build themselves up. Then you can move onto rougher surfaces. But once you get their, the experience can be awesome. If you were a kid and enjoyed playing in puddles, mud and other places like this, it is just as much fun as an adult. Especially since you won't have your parents yelling at you for getting your feet muddy.
I think I'll pass on being a barefooter, unless I'm in my own home. I'm way too fragile to open my feet up like that.
why
Why not? What is the problem?
