Tbh people can be different things to different people at the same time. It’s entirely possible that he was able to keep those things he did completely separate from his feelings for this woman.
This man was my favorite, I sincerely wanted a man like him, but not now, thank you, things are not always what they seem. I'm disappointed and upset. They the only couple on WGM that I can somewhat read their feeling for each other. Sadly that also why it hard for me to watch them as much as I want. I feel like near the end of their timeline on the show. Jonghyun slowly close up his feeling and Seungyeon on the other end is more open. It was like a switch from early episodes. Jonghyun seem more close up for some reason near the last few episodes. I don’t know is it because he realized he was falling for her. So he was trying to calm himself down or it was just simply him getting comfortable; Or just like Seungyeon, we as viewers got so use to him hyping and just adoring her that it seem weird that he stop doing it as much. I don’t know how they both were feeling at that time of the show. I’m just basing it off watching them but they the first couple of WGM that was actually really depended on their emotions. And not just “acting” “putting on a show” Which honestly can be scaring since at that time Seungyeon was still a rookie. Anyway I come back to them once in a while and from following them it seem like they form a happy friendship.
