At my appointment (6/24/24), I didn’t have my birth certificate, only my state issued driver’s license. They did some kind of maiden name verification from my mother and I gave my fingerprints. Exactly two days later (6/26/24), I have my KTN approved or “Eligibility Determined”. Flying out on the 3rd, I’m excited to zip through Maui OGG, it gets hectic at 5pm.
@@organboi - You're already paying to get in the park, so it's not like the poor people are being tossed in the mud. If you feel like it's worth more to speed up the line, then that's a trade you can make. If you can't afford to make that determination, then you can't afford to be at Disney World in the first place.
You get a dedicated line, so it is faster. Also, ive has sone TSA security agents really go though my stuff. I almost always travel carry-on, and that can mean my carry on is packed very specifically, and unpacking it for an eager agent is a pain.
But you basically gave Big Brother major information about yourself for their surveillance programs. I dont give my fingerprints to the US government. Sorry. I'd love to have Precheck, but not if they want prints or eye imaging.
Hate to break the sad news to you, but if you live in or near a major city, or have a driver's license, "Big Brother" already knows you 😂 surveillance cameras are everywhere in 2024. Do you truly believe that if the government needed to know important information about who you are, they can't find out in a near instant? Be honest now lol
I had NO idea it was that cheap. I assumed it was more. I travel ALL THE TIME. I took 10 flights last year. Thanks for this video!
Of course, we’re so glad this could help. 😊 It’s definitely worth the investment if you’re traveling this much!!

Super worth
I agree 100%
Thank you! Your videos are the best!
We love you dad! 🤍
Just renewed mine online($68), game changer; especially during holidays
I have it and depending on airports it’s sometimes faster to go thru regular check in
It's about, let's just say, $80 and good for 5 years. Totally worth it!!
Feel the same way but they already know everything about you. They even know when you go to take a leak. You can't get away from it 😢😢😢
I fly from Alaska to Texas and vice versa every two weeks. I’ll make sure I get it first next go round!
With that much flying you may consider getting a travel-focused credit card, many of which will pay for your TSA Precheck.
So it’s like what amusement parks have started doing with the fast lanes. If you can pay the extra money then you can skip the line.
Honestly yes 😂
Except this one is WAY cheaper than any Disney pass, and this one lasts 5 years
That's disgusting.

I got it because I’m moving. I have so much stuff
That makes sense, we don’t blame you!
Huh?
Unless you live in ATL 😂😂
Haha that airport gets CRAZY 😅
I live in Atlanta and it's a time saver. But then again, I also have Clear.
You forgot to mention that you can also leave your laptop/tablet in your bag..
Unless its shorter/faster to get through, those small perks aren't really worth $78, epscially since those 'perks' are just small inconveniences.
If you’re waiting in an hour long security line like at some airports every month, the precheck pays for itself
Especially since it lasts 5 years
I've had precheck for about 7 years and I have never waited more than 15 minutes in line for security.
@@peachyykeen80 whoa, now that’s incredible

True! They even know what corn site you always go to
Your own phone helps big brother too
