+Justin Fritz Good question! Although this knife is definitely set up for a right handed user you can totally operate it left handed. That said I would probably take the Nov8 ResQMe Keychain Rescue Tool or a Benchmade Rescue Hook over any knife, in terms of safety in that situation.

what do you do if your right hand is crushed in a car wreck and you have to cut yourself out… can you use your left hand to operate the knife?
