Phoenix PD should be mandated by the DOJ to undergo monitoring for compliance and not given a choice in the matter. And the kid who called the cop 'stupid'.... he's not wrong.

Yes, anyone that has lived in Phoenix longer than 1 year, is very aware of the corrupt behavior of our out of control PD. I can't imagine how vulnerable our behavioral impaired are. Being a policeman is a very demanding job, and REQUIRES good training, good judgement. There is a decades long disconnect.
It's a long term permanent disconnect. Look up the history of policing. They have always represented the control class against common people. They started as slave catchers and factory worker uprising squelchers. The whole institution needs to be abolished and replaced by something different and better.

Because the Blue Line Thugs street gang, Phoenix Chapter, is "held to a higher standard". In other words, you have to to be effin' HIGH in order to for that "standard" to make sense.
Disgusting, this makes me sick just watching. Also, assaulting an officer, when did any of those people do that. That is a very serious charge, you can spend years in jail for that and have it seriously mess up your life forever afterwards

According to the University of Illinois: "In the U.S. during a given year, an estimated 1 million civilians experience police threat of or use of force resulting in a conservative estimate of 75,000 non-fatal injuries requiring hospital treatment and 600-1000 deaths. Or they've been brainwashed to think ANY response other than immediate compliance with every word out of a LEO's mouth is cause to be tackled, handcuffed, arrested, beaten, tased, pepper-sprayed, etc.

Have you ever been to a psych facility in Phoenix. I worked in that area & would only take someone in as a last resort. All they will do is turned them into drugged-out zombies & release.
There's literally no such thing as a conviction for criminal damaging of your own property. A person would have to press charges on themselves and take themselves to court for there to be such a charge.
We allow the worst among us - those who seek power against others and have low intelligence - to have guns and badges that grant them perceived authority. What could go wrong?
