Loved this video, you really put me at ease! Even though I am a mid-level designer, I am currently interviewing with multiple companies and will have upcoming things I've never done before like whiteboard challenges, so I appreciate how calmly you went through each step! I have a question about take-home challenges: what would your reaction be if they give you a challenge that says don't spend more than 1-2 hours on this, when the reality is they want you to do way more than that. I have submitted ones that say "What usually happens in this stage: X Y Z, What I did to fit the given time frame: X" It has had mixed results! Would love to know what you'd do in that situation :) Thank you!
Thank you so much Sharon🙏🏻 very helpful information, especially for people who just started in UX and have no idea what to expect from an interview process 😬
I’m glad! Wishing you all the best ❤️
Thank you, this was a very helpful overview. And you look great as always! Love the hair.

Nice content, Thank you.
Thank you so much for watching
Thanks Sharon, your channel is really helpful and I like how you get straight to the point. Does this career offer flexible working such as working remote part time? Is it only suitable for very energetic outgoing extroverts? I'm an introvert and I have a health condition so ideally I don't want a job that is really stressful with long hours, I need a decent work life balance to manage my health. I'm currently a textile designer considering retraining in UX UI design after someone recommended I look into it.
Thank you very much
Thanks for watching!
