@@garimakapoor994
It's an ebook. Available online using the link she provided.
Great content, remembered when I first discovered your channel and didn't know what a Ux Designer even is, and now that's my job. Thanks for inspiring me. Greeting from Germany ☺
Thank you so much ❤️❤️
This is so insightful. I’ve been a customer of hello fresh for about 6 months now. I only have 1 thing that I hate. It’s great to manage by food preferences, but it would be better if they focused more on specific diets(keto, paleo etc). I’ve found that even the calorie smart meals can have lots of carbs and salt.
Sharon, great job! I really enjoyed your process, learned a lot!
This is awesome information... You walked us through the entire design process coupled with research!
Absolutely love how you approached the problem - very clean & to the point presentation!
Hi Onyinye, thank you very much for this. You just made theories very much practical and easy to understand. Thank you once more.
More content like this would really be appreciated ❤️
I learnt so much from this. Thanks Onyinye
This is really helpful. Thanks for sharing and I hope I can solve my design challenge successfully.
Amazing content Sharon ❤
I watched several case studies explained on RUclips, but yours might be one of the best :) Really clear, simple but yet the process makes sense :)
I agree with you. Her content is always VERY helpful.
Very insightful. Thank you Sharon ❤️
Thank you so much
Kushe. Well done. I've been debating creating a chat bot case study for my portfolio. I like how you solved for an even bigger problem than just expedited customer service with your chatbot and overall design challenge response.
Incredibly helpful detailed explanation! this helped me prep for my take home challenge!
So glad to hear this!
hello i am actually just starting my journey as a UX/UI Designer and your videos have been very helpful, i hope one day to be as good as you but i am just going to take it one day at a time... i guess i'm here to say thank you and well done
Thank you for this! Excellent presentation
Thank you for sharing this. This is soo detail and tremendously helpful. I’ve been applying for the last 2.5 months for my first UX/UI job so it’s a bit discouraging, but I’m hoping to land something soon!
Thank you so much and wishing you all the best ❤️❤️

Lemme tell you I’m on a diet and I lovvvveeeeee the low calorie option that they have now and I was glad they changed the packaging from all the brown paper… I recently got a box and noticed it I said this is so nice!!!

Awesome content! Thanks for the inspiration
Good work!
Thank you so much
Nice video Sharon, having a stage 3 interview, a design challenge and I am trying to make use of this template of yours but I have a question. From the problem discovery, what if I don’t have a recurring themes or patterns from users pain-points how then do I approach it? Solve all pain-points or prioritize them maybe using the impact/ effort matrix?
Awesome!
Thank youuu
Very helpful!
Yeah!

Your content is engaging and informative. I'm an aspiring UX designer from Nigeria and very glad to have discovered your channel. I was hoping you could mentor me on my UX journey. Daalu!
Very informative 👍🏾
Thanks for watching
@@SharonOnyinye you're welcome
Great video Sharon, thanks for the insight. I have a question. I have seen so many "Case Study Structures" would you say the one you have presented works just as well as any other in the industry (whether in an interview or in my portfolio)? As a new designer, this version seems simple and straightforward.
Yep it works quite well :)
@@SharonOnyinye thank you.
Thank you Sharon for sharing these insights. Great content!
Please, what software/tool did you use for the presentation?
Thank you so much
I used figma :)
@@SharonOnyinye Alright. Thank you for taking your time to respond.
Can you create a tutorial on how to create userflow diagrams in Figma
What would you do differently
🙏🏾
Did they implement your chatbot design?
What did you use to make the presentation? Great video! :)
Thank youuu!
I used Figma
Very detailed. Permission to use your format for my redesign project ?
Yes, of course
what tool did you use to create your presentation?
Figma
Awesome video. i just want to confirm something, are you saying you were given the task, and submitted it 8 hours later?
I had a week to complete it but they said i shouldn’t spend more than 8hrs on it over the one week period :)
@@SharonOnyinye oh ok. Was scared haha, thanks for clearing that up
@@amaogabriel5350 😁
So what would you have done differently now that you are a more seasoned designer?
That's already an interview question 😆
Good question 😁
Can this framework be used to present a case study?
Yes it can
@@SharonOnyinye What is your opinion about using JTBD theory (job stories) over User stories?
And here we are with HelloFresh and the people in the hiring process, asking for an unethical design challenge.
Guys, unless you are not swimming in a sea of s*** and so you do not know how to pay the bills, refuse to do this challenges or ask to be paid. Every time you accept one of those challenges even if you could refuse, you are passing the massage to the people in the hiring process, that they are legit and in doing so you damage other designers.
Maybe we needn't overly generalise things. I don't know if it's the case here but sometimes we set out to do things to pave way for ourselves and not asking everyone else to do same. I understand your position and from her teachings, she believes same. However, cases, contexts differ and we should respond appropriately each time.
Shouldn't we as designers not be solving company problems during interviews? Isn't this just free labor had you not gotten the job?
Probably depends on what stage her conversation with them was at before she took on the challenge. She must have used her discretion. You wouldn't refuse a challenge when you're certain you'd be getting the job?
Tried to follow you on Twitter but got feedback that the account doesn't exist.
I took a break :)
Will be back soon
@@SharonOnyinye All right, hope to be notified when it's active back.
@@rasheedolaniran6627 Seen, she's back.
Thank you for this
Thanks!
Hi Sharon! Really enjoyed your video. Very informative and inspiring. Just like you i work for HelloFresh, but i work in the production area. I want to learn from your experience so i can become a UX researcher. Perform research so i can solve problems and develop strategy. Do you have to perform your own research, or do you go through a UX research department? Any advice that you would have for me would be greatly appreciated. Very respectfully, Jorge
