Review Note (& Word List): explorekorean.net/absolute-beginner-practice1/ This is the review video of what we learned in our live class on Sunday :) thank you again for joining! 01:20 vowel practice 31:20 consonant practice 44:10 vocab tips
This must be really helpful for those who want to learn hangul and Korean with lots of examples! I think your handwriting also teaches people how to write them! When I teach, I see it takes some time for the students to get used to writing hangul and making syllables, so all these examples must be super useful!!! :)
I'm slowly but steady learning Korean thanks to you! I don't know how to thank you for all the effort you've put into teaching us Korean, but you should know that your videos are much appreciated and I couldn't be happier or more thankful that I found you. Many thanks from Sweden! Hugsss
감사합니다 Miss Vicky! You are an excellent teacher. I find your lessons amazing. Thanks for reviewing the live class. I miss your live classes so the review videos are very helpful. You are one of my favourite teachers!!!
Thank you Miss Vicky for this lesson because I miss your live class . Your a great teacher and you give me more knowledge and tips for learning faster . 사랑해 😊😊😊
It took me several hours. (3 days) To go through all this. Wrote it all. Took notes. Did a lot of thinking. I have came to the conclusion that I watch too much kdramas. 💕 But seriously. An awesome teacher. This video has a ton of information. She must do a lot of tutoring to do this so well in a 50 min video and still keep it organized.
Hi, you're my super favorite teacher. I like your teaching style. You give your student a full knowledge on how words are formed. Am always excited to watch your video.
Thank you Miss Vicky. Your lessons are awesome. You have an amazingly effectively way to explain difficult concepts in easily comprehensible terms. You have very good understanding in languages and learning processes. Thank you very much for teaching the world to learn Korean
Man.. You are AWESOME!!1 I need to organize all your videos in a playlist and watch with my notebook. A lot of what you've taught stuck with me more than what I learn from my Korean class with Yonsei University lol
I have never met u but by your words and knowledgeable tips I am 200% sure that u r a really wise person.....your scope of knowledge is really good keep going oonie
Hi! Miss Vicky! I’m very glad I’ve found you here in your RUclips channel. I’m a very new Kdrama fan and so addicted . And make it sense that I have to learn the Korean language.. you’re really a very good teacher! Thank you so much!!!
27:55 I'm trying to learn Korean just so I can sing along to my favorite Kpop songs accurately, "Up and Down" by EXID and "Whistle" by BlackPink are ironically the first 3 Korean words I ever learned just form listening to the songs xD
Thank you so mch... I really appreciate ur efforts... I desperately wanted to learn korean language and learning from you made it so easy... Thank you very mch...💜
One trick i learned about hangul on an app (tengugo hangul) is that the letters actually follow the shape of your mouth+lips+tongue as you make the sound. This is also helpful when learning consonant assimilation since you know how your mouth/lips/tongue are formed for a 받침 and how it slides into the next consonant.
Can you do a video about Korean colors (pure korean names and sino korean names) And about sentence connectors like: 그래서,그럼 etc. Or any particles that connect two sentences to make longer sentences.
Hey would you recommend any short stories for beginners in Korean or any Korean bloggers where we could practice our reading etc? And I don’t necessarily mean people who blog about Korean language but everyday stuff, culture etc so one could get used to the most common uses words, phrases etc? Thank you !
Oops sorry I just posted a comment that was supposed to be on another one (about hanja) About your question, I think there are many many big Korean bloggers out there who talk about every day stuff and culture. I normally don't watch them so I don't know which specific channels to recommend, but I think you can easily search them on RUclips :)
Just came to mind, you can check out 세바시 (sebasi) channel. It's not a vlog channel, but it's kinda like a Korean version of ted talk and you can find many amazing talks there. They provide both English and Korean subtitles, so that'll help you understand the talk. And if you reach a certain level of Korean, you can also study Korean with it. Hope this helps!:)
I am learning because there are many Koreans in New Zealand. And it might be easier to do business with them in Korean language. The country is also democratic with an advanced economy.
