was following now on the forums related to mavic 4. I don't know what bigger sensor I can add to these drones, bigger than this 4/3". I bought mavic 3 classic 1 week ago, I switched from phantom 4 advanced (1" sensor). I can say that this drone is future proof, because you already have a large sensor, very good image quality. And besides, you can't be with updated equipment every year anyway, that's why I chose this model. I am very happy and I will be the same in 3-4 years. :)
Well done! I also did the exact same thing! I wanted a drone that was future proof...If I got the Air3s, I would be upgrading again because the 1inch sensor can always be improved. But a 4/3" sensor will not be beat for years to come.
Thanks for the tip! I’ve heard great things about the DJI RC with the built-in screen - definitely sounds like a game changer. I’ll look into it for sure; having everything in one place would make the experience even better!
It’s hard to say for sure since I haven’t flown the Mavic Air 3 myself, but it seems more photo-oriented, especially with its 48-megapixel sensor option. In contrast, the Mavic 3 Classic is more video-focused, offering 5.1K resolution, which is ideal for my video work. Personally, the Mavic 3 Classic would be a better fit for my projects, but the right choice really depends on whether you prioritize photos or videos.
Mavic 3 classic is one of the best drones out here, shoots 5k and does great on extreme windy days, beaches etc..
Couldn’t agree more! For the price it’s the best thing out there!

Beautiful shots of downtown Houston!! Awesome video!!
If you can try and pickup the DJI RC with the built in screen. Game changer. So much more enjoyable

All you need.
Super happy with this drone!
I'm trying to upgrade my drone camera, a price comparison would be helpful. Great video.
Air 3 or Mavic 3 classic? Qualitywiese?

I just picked up a Mavic 3 classic for the price of a Mini 4 pro.
It seems too good to be true but it’s really the perfect drone for the price!
