For guidelines on mugs, chalk is just perfect
The best tutorial on dot painting ever!!! I'm surprised why this one's so underrated 😢 , you've done a beautiful job and nowhere did I see such a clear explanation on the swooshes !!! Bravo !!! Keep it up ❤❤❤
Thank you for doing another tutorial! You are so easy to understand. And your work is beautiful.
This is a masterclass on sot painting on mugs
Great tutorial, beautiful colors! I had fun doing this one!! Thank you 😄
WOW
So BEAUTIFUL
Love this!
Very pretty Demi!!
So pretty 🎉
Thank for this super tutorial, Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year x
These mugs have a great shape for dotting
thank you so much you are great to give us great point xx
Thank you! ❤
Lovely pattern again!
I think you can use Glass medium by Liquitex to help thin the paint. I have see this in another group and seems to work for some.
I bought some to ad to my regular paint to make it multi surface . Now to experiment lol
Thank you for this comment! Did you try it? I have Folkart and Americana Decoart gloss enamel paints and I think that Folkart paints are thicker than the Americana. I'm looking for a medium but Plaid didn't recommend to use one.
Did you try it ? Thank you in advance for your answer.😇
@@fleurjasmin711 I have not as I don’t paint on mugs/glass.
I have used it for top dots though to make it really shiny :)
WOW...
Thank you for the tutorial! Do you know if the cured paint is microwave safe?
What if you let the first layer of dots dry 5-6 days the do top dots with another 4-5 day drying time? It will add that extra time but, if it works, I think it's well worth the wait.
Do the mugs have to be glazed or unglazed first?
What if you baked before top dots and then after?
When you bake the design on, do you time from when the oven reaches the temperature or as soon as you place the mug in the cold oven, please, Thank you
This colours are waterproof
Можно ли мыть эти кружки водой?
Che forno usi?
what´s a cool oven?
An oven that isn’t hot.
@@thoughtfuldots Excuse me, I don't know of any oven that isn't hot. 🤥
@@SILVIACENRIQUEZ it’s not hot if it’s not on 😂
@@FriskyTendervittles Then, is not an oven
@@SILVIACENRIQUEZ it means put the mug in the oven before you turn it on so it heats the mug & paint gradually, After the recommended time turn the oven off & leave the mug in there with the door slightly open until the overn has cooled down.
Very slow
