Accept is such an important part of my childhood. I’m revisiting that part of my life and now ran into this interview, what a great guy Udo is.. besides being a legendary rocksinger! A very humble, down to earth guy. Hope to see him live before he quits..
Even for many of us in Mexico City with many mexicans and with many latin americans we also really love this very great metal singer! He's really one of the very best metal singers in the whole world!

UDO Dirkschneider is a legend in music & I have followed his career for 30 plus years. It’s the greats like UDO, Saxon, Priest, Helloween etc we always go back to 🤘🤘🤘
ACCEPT was my favorite bands NO ONE can sing like U.D.O all ACCEPT fans know this. Ilike the U:D:O Band to great done UDO Keep on.
Udo is a fucking legend and definitely one of the reasons that I'm doing music. From a technical standpoint not sure how many people noticed but when he is talking he's breathing through his mouth (or probably simultaneously from the nose at the same time) going against classical vocal training haha (who cares though if his way works) but apparently there's more. In order to do this and still be able to sing for hours and days his breathing must be extremely gentle (or careful) and definitely not forced in any way. Seen this type of breathing in quite a few singers of the years and many of them produce great results
There are very few interviews with Udo as good as this one anywhere. I'm going to listen to I'm a rebel 1000 time on repeat now. Thanks for sharing.🤘

Interesting when a heavy metal singer shares listening to old rock and roll and even The Bee Gees. Because they are real.
Actually quite many old heavy metal singers has rock bands as influence because there werent a lot of metal around when they started..
That's because he was born in 1952 and was teenager in the 1960s. No heavy metal or even hard rock in the mid-late 1960s

I drink a lot of beer but can´t sing like Udo 😂
