I'm from Minneapolis it's extremely expensive here no matter house or apartment they cost the same amount in most cases which is crazy.
same thing with south florida which is my hometown

If You Don’t Mind Me Asking What Is Your “Budge”/Price Range & How Many Bedrooms Were You Looking At? I’m New To Atlanta & I Have Noo Clue What To Look For 😩
lol hey so most of these apartments ranged anywhere from $1200-$1400, they were all one bedrooms, and some were within the city and others were on the outskirts. it depends on what you budget is which will determine what areas might be better for you! goodluck, Taisha! 💓
My bestfriend’s and I are currently apt hunting. We’ve been looking since January, but took a break. We plan to move in December this year. Hopefully we can find something. Btw, you’re gorgeous 😍😍

Gentrification killed affordable housing in Atlanta. Some of those places were like $475/ mo 2 years ago, now they want $1000 for a hole. TIP: Renting a house or saving up to buy a house is the best bet.

hey! none of the apartments i toured come furnished [from my understanding]. i don’t know of any places that comes furnished, unfortunately. good luck in your search tho, love! 💓
Hey babes only corporate rentals will come fully furnished and it’ll be about 1k more expensive! I’m starting a corporate housing company so that’s how I know good luck
Unless your company is paying, it's cheaper to buy new furniture then sell / give away when you move if you can't haul it. Furniture rentals start around $300/month for one room.
When did you go to the Avana Lenox? It looked completely different from when I went back in August. It was so filthy and ugly.

My husband and I are moving to Atlanta the second week of October. We viewed Avana Lenox and actually had it on our list of apartments we want to apply for. When we seen it the tour they gave us made it seem so perfect! And the floor plan was huge! What are the cons of moving there? Because of course they just do and say what they need to in order to sell it.
