What other areas are more affordable because I'm planning to move next year and need an affordable apartment preferably studio that has that barn yard look if that makes sense ☺️
I’m relocating from Boston and unfortunately won’t be able to personally visit before the actual move! I looked at several apartments in Brookhaven, any thoughts about the location? It’s seem to be cheaper than Buckhead especially!
Leasing agents in Georgia aren’t required to have any licensing so I found an open position and applied. Most companies look for previous leasing experience but it’s not required. Customer service, sales, & marketing experience could also be things they look for in their agents. This is a great video idea. I’ll do one and go more in depth ☺️
Hi I really like your videos my wife and I are moving to Georgia due to new employment in the Kennesaw area. I wanted to know are the any available 3 bedroom homes or apartment. Please hit me back as soon as possible if you can assist. Thank you in advance.
Avoid Cortland East Cobb. I live here currently 09/2021. Management is horrible and it's not worth the money. My lease is up in December and I will not ever live in a community under Cortland ever again. It is a ripe off
Dope..i'll tell my mom to watch this too so when we're about to move to USA...she may consider moving to ATL...rest of the family..and grandparents lives in California... And hey...i just subscribed to you too ..would be glad..grateful if you could check mine too Thank you..and this vlog really helpful thank you for sharing this and by the way..im just 8 yr old boy...
you are wrong about midtown being more affordable.....I live in midtown you won't find anything in my building under $1900 for a one bedroom. Show 2-bedrooms also. May want to learn city a bit more. Those places look pitiful.
I’m actually a leasing agent that sees the prices & availability of the market daily. There are a lot of options in Midtown available for more affordable prices than being in Downtown or Buckhead. This video was created for those may not have a high budget which is why I just gave pricing for studios or 1 bedrooms. Thank you for your comment & for watching the video!

The prices are so much higher on their sites now. Must be the summertime price hikes 😕. Great informative video tho!

Wil you still be providing the names to these places?
Atlanta luxury Apartments don’t compare to Dallas Texas luxury. It’s more expensive in Atlanta too. But the night life is lit 🔥 in ATl

Great video wish you did more talking instead of hearing that elevator music 😂 love from Brooklyn 💙
Lol Noted!! Thanks so much for the love 💗
How much was the studio
Cortland East Cobb is perfect for me but I’m wondering if the pricing is still the same🤔
Prices are definitely a lot higher during the summer. It’s the perfect season for moving/relocating.
