In apartment #2 I didn't like the fact that the neighbors balcony is right next to the bedroom. Like if you standing in your bedroom putting on your bra and look up and there's someone standing on their balcony looking at you.

lmao!! not the grout on the floor im dead. but that is meeeee. but that first apartment bathroom was nice. and i like the closets in that third apartment and the overall look of the common areas. i would choose 3 but 4 is also top contender.

I'll be moving to ATL and I've been researching like crazy so I can narrow down where to start. :) Your townhome looks AMAZING - haven't come across it yet in my search, but might have to work with someone who can make these kinds of recommendations tailored to my Wants/Needs list.

Great video, would love to know which one you chose. Apartment 3 was the prettiest, but Apartment 4 was the most economical! It doesn’t matter now since that was 6 months ago! And thanks for showing me a new place to eat once the restaurants open back up; Green Sprout here I come!
I choose #4. More bang for my buck. But 3 was my favorite!!!
I have so much to say lol. Apartment 1, 1st floorplan is my fav. I wish floorplan 2 bathroom and closets came with it. Then apartment 3 because it seems like home, even the mail area was astounding.
I know that's how I feel about Apt 1 too! I absolutely love apartment 3. I was sold at the mailroom😂

The second apartment looked like the mezzo. I used to love those but it’s getting outdated as far as the hardwood floors and granite.

No to the low vibrational people in that space...that matters!! #4 is there a tub or nah? I like 4 because you can create your own WOW factor...the space beat them all out...but that new construction it isssss BOMB...period! I am in Property management. I say apt#3, if u don't care about price and u hot it like that. If you looking at a Budget then apt#4 but those to are the ones to choice from.

I'm from new York and was hoping to move to Atlanta in the next 1-2 years. Do you have My advice? How do I know the safety and how do I find the apartments? Is there special website?
I use the app Realtor or apartments.com for my apartment searches. As far a safety, I research the hell out of different neighborhoods and tend to stick with apartment complexes that are gated. Also, reading the reviews on the apartment will tell you how safe it is.
3 imo was the greatest option since 2 was a no go due to price.
4 was of course great but as you said the confined space even though there are more spaces they all seemed a lil small even though you had more rooms.
3 is my favorite

Yes, I did sorry. I loved the Alastair the most actually but I needed more space. Sad to hear about the hallways. As much as the rent is everything in that building should stay maintained, smh. Good luck on finding a new place.
