Calibrate Motor Encoders - Markforged Industrial Series 3D Printer

The Industrial series printers (X3, X5, X7) printers use a stepper motor and encoder to track machine movement. To calibrate these encoders, navigate to the Menu - Utilities - Maintenance - Gantry Maintenance - Calibrate Encoders. Follow the on-screen prompts to unload the plastic and allow the routine to complete.
This routine should be used whenever motion or part quality issues are seen or when any major system changes have been applied such as installing new hardware.
