thanks for this video! just as an fyi the lid is probably good to reduce splashing, but if making hot beverages, the lid help the vessel retain heat and get your beverage up to temp faster/more efficiently.

I just bought the Breville. Thanks for the video. Keep in mind that using “cow’s milk” with Matcha, Cacao, and other healthy drinks will destroy the health benefits of your Matcha, etc. You must use only plant-based milks for these.

You can also use liquid or powdered “stevia” to sweeten……I can’t have any sugar, so I often use liquid stevia in my drinks.

That’s not a Matcha Tea. That’s a Matcha latté. Matcha tea is made with water. Matcha latté is made with milk or milk substitute.

Maybe you’re the professional to ask. So if you go into the instruction manual of this frothier you’ll see a number of recipes. They all say to turn the temperature to the max! Have you tried any of these, turning the temperature all the way past 160?? I just don’t feel comfortable doing that, but every recipe in their instruction manual says to.
I love my beverages really hot so yes I’ve put mine on 160 ❤️ it always turns out awesome and hot.
