Thank you so much for the road footage. I’ve been to Big Bend several times last few years. Big truck pulling utility trailer with all my gear. So have always wanted to go into state park but worried about road. Twenty seven miles of wash board would really suck. I can do this next trip. Thank you. Stay safe out there lady.
Beautiful! I used to live in Ft. Stockton and then Midland, years ago. I never made it to Big Bend and always wish I had gotten there. Texas is such a great state😊 Be safe and healthy 💜
It is wonderful when we can look back on experiences and see the value in lessons learned and graces received (like confidence)! Lovely video. I cannot wait to go back to Big Bend only this time in my little trailer instead of tent camping! I went mid January and slept in that backpacking tent in the freezing cold, one night of gale force winds, and it rained - hard every night I was there. The days were beautiful, and the desert flowers began blooming even though it was January! I went in from the other side from you!
I watched another nomad discussing the difficulty finding places to stay. She recommended using Campendium. But also pointed out that things are changing hour by hour, so to keep that in mind at the same time.

I haven’t watched you in a while but I wanted to know do you really live full-time in your van? If so, what is the length of your van? I want to know the type that you have as well and can you stand up in it? I’m looking at Roadtreks.
I'm not sure if you're still going on up to New York or not, but be aware that Pennsylvania has closed their rest areas. I'm sure the truckers aren't pleased about this.

Hey, I was at Big Bend in February! Rio Grande Valley campground. I remember that storm, snowed at Panther Junction.
