Wowwwww Thank u so much! My mother-in-law passed away in 2019 and I found an old Toshiba just like this one in her belongings and it was soooo nice in the original carrying bag with all the trimming’s & everything , but it kept giving the same “no disc” message. But I kept it. I searched for help on YT and found your video, however I never had time to try it. FINALLY today July 8 as I’m packing to move to & getting rid of stuff to start a new retired life, I ran across the dvd player again & decided to find your video that I had saved in my library. I did the method without taking it apart and now it works! I wanted to cry! Thank you so so much!! I thank God that I can leave the stress of working at that hospital job finally & reinvent myself & serve Him & others. And now because of you, I’ll have this beautiful DVD player to entertain myself as well. You blessed me….see you never know how you can affect someone’s life ❤️
Thank you so much! I was having issues with mine. I decided to convert some VHS tapes and record them on DVD but it kept saying loading and then disc error. I tried a few discs and still got the same error. So I opened it up and wiped the lens with a clean cloth and it worked!
