I think I’m going to substitute the whole milk for oat or almond and add pineapple because I love it. My son is vegan so it’s hard for me to find desserts he can eat. I could even use juice instead I guess. Love your recipes and you can tell you are a great teacher. Happy 4th of July!
I doubt you'll see this but please be aware that most marshmallows aren't vegan. Maybe there are vegan marshmallows out there that you can find, or just delete the marshmallows if you make it for 2025 Independence Day. I hope you didn't make them this year just to find out he couldn't eat it 😔

Another good desert or side is a package of instant pudding and a can of fruit cocktail. Dump the pudding in the fruit cocktail with the juice. That’s it. Makes a sauce with the fruit cocktail. I always used the French vanilla pudding
