I do custom shirts and hoodies with vinyle and sublimation. I was gonna order an air brush kit but you just inspired me! You killed it! Much respect and ill sub for sure!
First apply the glue on the shoes and let it dry for like 7-10 minutes then put on the fabric, if the fabric is thick you shouldn’t have no worries 🤞🏾🤞🏾
I had custom AF1 Gucci's in 2005... The best way to do quality and durability is to undo the stitching on the toe and check and then place the fabric under stiching and stitch back... as well as glue. The check would need to be wrapped in gucci and stitched back in additon to the glue. This would require an actual cobbler (shoe repair professional). Which people don't want to invest in. Just using glue will not sustain if worn periodically and not once in a blue moon.
@@chloemarsh2794 he doesn’t show what he sealed over the fabric with. He only shows what he used as far as gluing the underneath. I want to know what he normally would seal over the fabrics to keep them weather proof.

Nice video and clean transitions. ✊🏾 Song?
Thank you 🙏🏾
Will sewing it make it stay down or is it not necessary since you used Glue ? I have big ideas ! Trying new things
Glue is just fine, but if you wanna sew it for extra security nothing is wrong with that.
I love it ❤❤❤❤
Yeeeeaaah!!!! 👏🏾👏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🤩
Thank you
Foe some reason whe I do the same thing on my used af1 after I cut the de fabric, whe I put it on the shoes is always smaller. Any ideas??
Do the glue bleed through the fabric because I have white fabric and I’m kind of nervous if it will mess up the whole design
First apply the glue on the shoes and let it dry for like 7-10 minutes then put on the fabric, if the fabric is thick you shouldn’t have no worries 🤞🏾🤞🏾
Does e6000 work???
Yes 👍🏽
@cocaolinkzcustom is the burberry cotton or polyester
Always wanted to try but are you tucking it underneath the stitching or you just got a really fine cut on the fabric to were it sat perfect?
Tuck under. Theres a lil bit of space.
Thank you
What kind of fabric is used to do this and glue thanks in advance
Impressive

Contact cement glue
Should’ve just use paper for the pattern cut back on residu good job
Do you know exactly what’s the fabric called I can’t find it
No I don’t sorry
What type of glue do you use
Contact cement
It said it in the video still 😩
Bro i see a lot of brands but wich glue do you use?
Do you know how long the fabric will last with the cement glue?
It could last forever It's all about how you take care of it
Does it have to be cotton swabs? Can it be like paper towels that you use the nail remover with? Just curious
What is the red tape that you used to remove the glue reside? Is the residue sticky or white & flaky?
angelus red vinyl tape
🔥🔥...Im having trouble with the glue residue on the fabric looking like dried glue on the finished product any advice?
It’s can be many things maybe the fabric too thin or you put too much glue
It’s best to use tape and remove the residue before it’s dry
Definitely the fabric being too thin thanks for replying so fast!!
Good luck 👍🏾
Amazing. What do you normally use to seal your fabric work?

Use water and stain repellent
how did they hold up? I want to do this but im afraid it'll fall apart with wear. would mod podge help?
I used Contact cement it was made to hold metal, wood and plastic so fabric not going nowhere lol 😂

Exacto knife
Where you got the plaid from
It was a shirt in my closet
Try Jooans fabrics! I got a nice plaid pattern from them for super cheap. Cost very little and I don’t have to cut up a shirt
How well does the cement do without stitching?
It’s very good, definitely recommend it
When I’m glueing the fabric on my shoe there are patches showing up from the glue. Do you know what I can do to prevent it?x
I’m sorry but am not sure
Use a different glue maybe or use less.
Looks so good!! Now lets see how bad mine come out when i try 0-0
