Our daughter got us into Harry Potter. She started reading the books in grade 1. She was excited when the first movie was announced. We took her to it and then the boys to the rest of them. They were a little young to sit that long at the time. We all went to the rest of the movies and they came out. Our kids grew up watching these movies. So great to re-live it. You did great with Malfoy, by the way!
I really appreciate the stellar acting skills of the meanies in HP!!!!!! Draco and Dudley in particular!!!!!!! It must be hard for them to be hated by every kid and adult in the entire world as they watch the movies. They did such a good job, the reactions are immediate and intense with loathing. And the really crazy thing is they’re so nice! I’ve heard the same good things about Biff in back to the future! Sending you good vibes Tom!!! I don’t know how you manage!!!!!❤
It’s nice that he does this for the fans. A lot of people try to distance themselves from their early work (Zac Efron with HSM springs to mind). You can tell Tom really appreciates the fans of the franchise. A class act.
Tom is the absolute best of all the cast. So humble and just a nice guy. Some of the other cast members got too cocky as they grew older and it’s upsetting
All the kids were great actors. I’d imagine being surrounded by great adult actors helped teach them. I know jk had a different vision for some of the casting but they were how I visioned them when I read the first book. These were a big part of my childhood. My dad was a jeweler and had the license to Harry Potter. Costume jewelry but had talks with Rowling. Can’t imagine how big watching these are for the actors. They grew up on set. They probably see the sets when they watch it.
